The project began with a love-at-first-sight moment for the Ostuni countryside, its olive groves, dry stone walls, rustic farmhouses, golden light, and deep red earth. This passion sparked the vision for a Locus Amoenus, free from clichés, in harmony with nature.

Milan-based Solum studio, inspired by icons like Casa Arzale, by Marco Zanuso, crafted a space where radical simplicity is the result of deep research. Local materials define the essence: textured tuff stone, whitewashed walls, and velvety floors designed for barefoot living.

Vaulted interiors bathe in light through grand openings framing the olive trees, while the earth-toned pool merges seamlessly into the landscape, its green-blue water a natural reflection of the surrounding beauty.
